Quality policy

       Objective - "The objective of Inline Poland sp. z o.o. operations is to give the most satisfaction to our clients supplying them with products of the highest quality at the right time and at an adequate, satisfactory price".

The basis for achievement of that objective is appropriate identification and in-depth research of processes taking place in our enterprise to reduce their uncontrolled changeability. Process management policy applied by Inline Poland allows us to guarantee measurable benefits up to a specific standard to our Clients.

       Certification - the introduction of the Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of the PN - EN ISO 9001:1996 standard was a consequence of our quality policy. Applying the principle of continuous improvement of quality of our products a new quality system compliant with the requirements of a new standard: PN - EN ISO 9001:2001 was implemented in the enterprise. Functional efficiency of that system and compliance with requirements of the new standard was confirmed by a certificate issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

The new quality management system includes all processes realized in our organization, i.e. product manufacture in line with client's requirements and needs, supervision of resources of the enterprise, organization management as well as measurement and functional supervision of the quality system.

       Hygiene and safety - the system of production process control and storage managed in line with the adopted quality policy guarantees safety of use of our packages in the food industry.
In that area, Inline Poland acts according to the standards of the EU Directive 72/200 concerning substances assigned to have contact in foodstuffs and standards of the EU Directive 94/62 concerning packaging waste. Additionally, sanitary conditions of the production are subjected to periodical verifications by local sanitary authorities.
