       We respect the rights of our customers


Inline Poland respects the rights of its customers in compliance with the binding law, in particular:

  • provides in-depth information on properties of the sold packages in an accurate and comprehensive way;
  • supplies goods to the customer in accordance with the purchase order;
  • takes responsibility for properties of the sold product as guaranteed in the trade offer;
  • responds to every claim within the time-frame agreed upon in contracts, although not later than within 14 business days, and in the case of justified claims, replaces the defective batch of products or reduces the price;
  • organizes trainings for authorized distributors during which the company's products are presented in detail for the purpose of transmitting this knowledge further to the end customer during the sales process.
