Inline Poland effectively manages its personnel by:

internal Work Rules and wages complying with the Labour Code;The full version of the company's Work Rules is displayed on the notice board in the hall, thus each employee can check his/her rights at any time. In addition, our Human Resources Department offers explanations on matters uncertain or unclear for the employees. In the event of changes introduced to the Work Rules, the employees are informed by means of an instruction by the company's General Director and annexes to the Rules displayed on notice boards;

prompt payment of wages and other workers' benefits;

assessment of the employees' effectiveness. Office employees are assessed annually by superiors and the assessment serves as the base for establishing a career path, salary level and trainings assigned for the following year. For the best employees the company offers an opportunity for partial funding of secondary or higher education;

ensuring the equality of opportunities and, particularly, the equality of rights for men and women. For this reason, there is no discrimination of any kind during the recruitment process of new employees or promotions within the company.
